DIRECTIONS OF ALCHEMY

In Vastu Shastra, 16 Directions are the foundation of Alchemy of Space to create more growth, success, health, money, power, love and happiness.

1)     NORTHEAST: INSIGHT: The Northeast (NE) zone governs new ideas, mental activity and wisdom. Any thought that comes from Vigyanmaya kosha, which contains the desire of some expression is called an idea. The mind must be receptive to it. Making puja place in this zone gives ideas, clarity and wisdom.

2)     EAST-NORTH-EAST: REFRESH: A new idea or thought refreshes us. We need to be refreshed or connected to Mooladhara chakra, the basic purpose of life. Directions of Alchemy in Vastu Shastra recommend this place to be used for bathing. A bath spa or children’s play area adds rejuvenation and freshness in life.

3)     EAST: CONNECTIONS: Connecting with right people who support us in fulfilling our purpose is important. The East zone governs successful meeting with such significant people and is a good location for the drawing room in residences and conference room in offices.

Drawing or living room in this area nurtures your connectivity with the world outside.

4)     EAST-SOUTH-EAST: Directions of Alchemy calls EAST-SOUTH-EAST zone as a zone of Manthan or churning or analysis. Kitchen utilities help eliminate grinding situations in your life.

5)     SOUTH-EAST: South-east is a zone of fire. The spark of life and the activity or energy which governs that spark comes from this zone as per the directions of Alchemy. Fire in South-East zone ensures quick money flow.

6)     SOUTH-SOUTH-EAST: South-South-East direction governs the power, energy, strength and confidence required after the initiation of any activity. Sleeping or sitting here gives powerful mind and strong body.

7)     SOUTH: South is a zone of relaxation. Sleeping here gives relaxation and peace of mind.

8)     SOUTH-SOUTH-WEST:  Controls expenditure: The zone of energy expanded in the SOUTH-SOUTH-WEST direction is that of disposal. It is ideally recommended in the directions of Alchemy that a toilet be built in this zone.

9)     SOUTH-WEST: SOUTH-WEST zone is the zone of excellence, skill, relationships, love, family bonding, and ancestors. In the directions of Alchemy SW zone is recommended as the place to keep weapons. Best results with ancestor’s photographs in this region.

10)                        WEST-SOUTH-WEST: The zone in the West-South-West direction is of knowledge (Study). Get best grades and high scores with books or study table here.

11)                        WEST: The west zone is the area of gains. It governs the material gains or profits. Directions of Alchemy say that the power and energy to fulfil desires, the power to manifest these desires is situated in West. Assure your gains and profits with bedroom or dining room here.

12)                        WEST-NORTH-WEST: Directions of Alchemy in Vastu Shastra calls the zone between West and North West as the zone of detoxification or weeping. Wash away our fears and past by placing washing machine in this area.

13)                        NORTH-WEST: According to Vastu Shastra, North-West is the zone of storage. Place storage here to get support.

14)                        NORTH-NORTH-WEST: Explore Sexual Ecstasy: The North-North-West zone is the zone of attraction. This zone has been termed a zone of Rati (The goddess of sex). In the directions of Alchemy it is considered the best for newly married couple.

15)                        NORTH: The zone lying between the zone of sex and the zone of healing is the North area. In the directions of Alchemy, this is the zone of opportunities and money or treasure. Attract new opportunities with a family lounge or green house here.

16)                        NORTH-NORTH-EAST: This zone is associated with health and healing. Create strong immunity with meditation or relaxing lounge in this zone.
