MUDRAS FOR SPECIFIC DISEASEAS
Asthma Mudra
Asthma is a chronic inflammation of the bronchial
tubes and bronchioles (very small bronchial tubes are called ALVEOLI) in the
lungs. When they get filled up with mucous, they hamper normal breathing.
Simultaneously, the nose, sinus cavities, throat (Pharynx and Larynx) are also
affected, causing swelling of throat, hoarseness, etc. That is Asthma starts
from nose and ends up in lungs.
Method

hands and join their nails together, keeping Thumbs and other fingers straight
