Fold your Ring and Little fingers together and join their tips to the base of the Thumb. Press these fingers with the Thumb lightly. Keep other two fingers straight. In this way, the fingers of the hands make the shape of a gun. It is also called as BLADDER Mudra,

Benefits

1)     Its name itself suggest that it is useful in Kidney diseases. Daily practice over some period of time removes kidney diseases, and urinary diseases.

2)     This Mudra combines two basic Mudras: viz. Varun Mudra and Surya Mudra, and thereby gives the benefits of both the Mudras.

  MUDRA SCIENCE PART IV MUDRAS FOR SPECIFIC DISEASES MAHASHEERSH (Headache) MUDRA 28-09-2022 This is another powerful Mudra formed by the combination of one Pranik Mudra and one TATTVA Mudra of the second category whereby excessive flow of energy is decreased by bring back balance.
