Birds to be kept at home as per vastu

As per Vastushashtra, parrots are considered to be lucky as they bring good health and love between the occupants of the house. Parrots should always be kept in the North direction. Love birds are also lucky and should be kept in their cage in the North-West, North-East or East directionn.

Budgerigar. Enjoying popularity around the world, budgies (also known as parakeets) are some of the best pet birds for good reason. When properly tamed and cared for, these birds can be extraordinarily friendly and affectionate.

The ideal placement is in a corner where they can have two walls. Additionally, you shouldn't put your bird's cage directly in front of a window, as outside factors like dogs, hawks, and storms will scare them. The temperature can rapidly change by a window as well. A partial view of a window is fine.

When pigeons or doves naturally come and build a nest in your house, it is considered to be very auspicious.
