1)      Area of Brahmasthan is the area of one third of length and width in the centre. Make nine parts of the area of plot lengthwise and widthwise and the central area is the area of Brahmasthan.

2)      Centre of gravity is Brahmasthan.

3)      Open Brahmasthan is seismic resistant.

4)      Make 81 grids that is nine divisions in length side and nine divisions in width side and the central one third is Barhmasthan. And the center most place is Marmathsan of Brahmasthan.

5)      There should not be any column at Brahmasthan.

6)      Make a small hole in Brahmastahn and put Nabhi yantra in the ground.

7)      Put cow dung in the pit dug at Brahmasthan

8)      Put beetle leaves in the pit dug in Brahmasthan.

9)      Put Navgrah crystal chips in the pit dug at Brahmasthan.

10)  Burn Camphor lamp in the pit.

11)  Spread and sprinkle turmeric powder in the pit which resembles Lakshmi Goddess.

12)  Sprinkle ganga jal and offer flowers to the nabhi yantra. Lotus in the east direction. Tortoise in north direction.

13)  Chant shiva mantra, har har mahadeo or O    M Namah Shivay.

14)  Close the pit by filling mixture of sand and cement.
