MANIPURA OR SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA

Solar Chakra, 528 Hz Frequency

This frequency is responsible for miracles and dramatic changes in people. Tones in this frequency help pain and anxiety relief, weight loss, and rewiring of your brain’s neural pathways. The 528 Hz frequency is associated with the solar chakra.

Signs of a Blocked Manipura Chakra

What is the Manipura Chakra responsible for?

Located around the navel in the area of the solar plexus and up to the breastbone, it is a source of personal power and governs self-esteem, warrior energy, and the power of transformation. The Manipura chakra also controls metabolism and digestion

When surrounded by negative energy, he or she can suffer from low self-esteem, feel troubled making decisions, and have control issues. Imbalances of the Solar Plexus can also cause fatigue, overeating, excessive weight gain especially around the stomach, digestive system disorders, hypoglycaemia, and diabetes.

One of the most common injuries to the abdomen is a blow to the solar plexus, which gives a momentary paralysis of the diaphragm and the sensation of having “the wind knocked out of you.” These injuries can happen from being hit in the stomach with a shoulder, a helmet, or falling onto a hard object such as a ball.

This can show up as improper processing of nutrients, constipation, or irritable bowel syndrome. Eating disorders, Ulcers, Diabetes, issues with the pancreas, liver, and colon are some of the symptoms of imbalance in this energy centre of the Manipura Chakra.

Stress, illness, emotional upset, or conflict all can cause blockages or imbalances in your chakra system. All of the seven chakras are interconnected; when one chakra experiences a blockage or imbalance, it affects all the others.
