COLOUR SCHEMES FOR VARIOUS DIRECTIONS AS PER VASTU

1)     North-East direction

 

          North-east is the direction that gives you a clear mindset. According to Vastu

         Shastra, any light shade of blue is ideal to speed for this corner. The best  

          Vastu  colors other than blue are Silver Grey, Brown, Green, Off-white, Cream,

         Or any other metallic shade.

2)     East: East is direction governed by Sun that represents number 1 and the colour that govern this direction is Orange. Walls or curtains in east direction should be orange or red in colour.

3)      Southeast:  For the south-east direction, choose the colour red. West wall colour as per Vastu is governed by Shani or Saturn and grey colour as per Vastu is the ideal colour for this corner.

4)      South: South wall colour as per Vastu should be either orange or red as south is governed by Mars. Green is preferred north wall colour as per Vastu, because it is governed by planet Mercury. The north-east direction is governed by Jupiter and therefore, colours such as yellow should be preferred for walls in this direction.

5)      Southwest: According to Vastu Shastra, it is considered good to choose a yellow-coloured stone i.e. yellow marble in the southwest part of a house or office. In Vastu Shastra today, learn from Acharya Indu Prakash about the southwest corner of the house, that is, the colour of the floor in the south-west direction.

6)      West: According to Vastu, getting white colour in this direction or keeping the white things in this direction gives better results.

7)      Northwest: You can choose any balanced shade to get the most of good things into your living. White, Silver and any metallic shade work great for West corners in Northwest homes. Other shades include yellow or light blue. It is better if you avoid any passion colours like red.

8)      North: Green is preferred north wall colour as per Vastu, because it is governed by planet Mercury. The north-east direction is governed by Jupiter and therefore, colours such as yellow should be preferred for walls in this direction.
