  • Fill a glass bowl with water and place a Vesica Piscis symbol beneath it or draw the symbol on the bowl itself.
  • Hold your hands over the water, setting the intention for it to be infused with the healing energy of the Vesica Piscis.
  • You may also choose to add a few drops of lavender or chamomile essential oil for added relaxation.
