You may follow a book, but please note that Vastu is not such a shallow subject which can be applied just by reading a book or by surfing through net, etc. It is a science of Energy balancing which requires understanding of drawings, directional energies, angles, Energy Souls, Energy points, concept of Earth energies, the Panch Tatva science, chakras, koshas, customised remedies & so on & on & on. It requires lot of study, understanding & meditation to master the subject. The most important factors, which govern the theory of The Subconscious Mind & its relationship with the elements of Nature, have to be understood. In order to learn the true tenets of this Vast science one has to dedicate oneself to it completely & practise it extensively. It is just like doing medical or engineering & then practising it. But unfortunately, people have taken it lightly & then have gone into myths of doing alterations in structure, blindly ignoring the concept of Energy, which is, The most important. Astro-Vastu is the combination of Astrology and Vastu. While working on Astro-Vastu, it is necessary to have a Vastu map along with the birth chart and question chart. Both Astro-Vastu is a complete subject in themselves. The running conditions from the horoscope of the native help in the knowledge of the direction of Vastu.

The conditions going on under Astro Vastu, the mutual vision relationship of the planets are linked to the person's body. By connecting modern Vastu rules with the birth chart, how will the balance be created in the life of a person and how will the balance be maintained by keeping the items of the house in which direction. All these things are described.
