HOW TO BALANCE FLOW OF ENERGY IN A HOUSE AS PER VASTU SHASTRA

To balance the flow of energy in a house according to Vastu Shastra, prioritize keeping your space clutter-free, allow ample natural light and ventilation, place furniture strategically in designated directions, maintain a clean entrance, and incorporate elements like plants and mirrors thoughtfully, considering the specific directions within your home, particularly focusing on the northeast and east corners for positive energy flow.

Key points to consider:

·       Entrance:

The main door should ideally face north, east, or northeast to welcome positive energy.

·       Natural Light and Ventilation:

Ensure every room receives sufficient natural light and proper air circulation.

·       Clutter Management:

Declutter regularly as clutter obstructs the flow of positive energy.

·       Furniture Placement:

Position furniture according to Vastu guidelines, with the bed in the southwest corner and the kitchen stove facing east.

·       Colour Scheme:

Opt for calming colours like light blues, greens, and whites while avoiding dark and aggressive tones.

Specific areas and their Vastu considerations:

  • Kitchen: Ideally located in the southeast corner, with the cook facing east.
  • Bedroom: Place in the southwest corner with the bed facing south or east.
  • Living Room: Centre should be kept open and clutter-free.
  • Study Room: North or northeast corner is considered best for focus and concentration.

Elements to balance:

  • Earth Element: Use clay or pottery in the southwest or centre.
  • Water Element: Incorporate a small water feature in the north.
  • Fire Element: Place candles or a fireplace in the southeast.
  • Air Element: Keep windows open in the northwest for good ventilation
