HOW TO WORSHIP PARAD SHIVLING

To worship a Parad Shivling (mercury Shivling) at home, you should: clean it with a clean cloth, place it on a clean cloth or pedestal (Asna), offer Bilva leaves, flowers, water, incense (dhoop), lamp (deep), and perform Aarti with devotion, while chanting Shiva mantras like "Om Namah Shivay"; remember to handle it with utmost care due to its delicate nature.

Key points to remember:

Cleanliness: Always clean the Parad Shivling with a soft, clean cloth before performing puja.

Dedicated space: Set up a clean and dedicated space in your home for the Shivling, ideally on a raised platform or Asna.

Offerings:

Bilva leaves (Bael leaves): Considered the most important offering to Shiva, always try to offer fresh Bilva leaves.

Flowers: Offer white flowers like jasmine or rose.

Water: Pour clean water over the Shivling.

Dhoop (incense): Light incense sticks.

Deep (lamp): Light a ghee lamp.

Mantras: Chanting "Om Namah Shivay" is the primary mantra for Shiva worship.

Aarti: Perform Aarti with a lighted lamp or aarti plate.

Handling with care: Parad Shivling is very delicate, so handle it carefully and avoid dropping it.
