1.     Vastu is no different from astrology. Your house reflects your horoscope, and your horoscope reflects your house.

2.     If you have two or more houses, their defects will be interrelated. Vastu predictions and defects can be told without even visiting those sites just from your horoscope. Or visiting your house is as good as reading your horoscope.

3.     All the ancient myths associated with ghosts are not about ghosts but about improper Vastu. They were made to make people fear the house as haunted to avoid dwelling in buildings with very severe Vastu defects. Vastu is just as personal as a horoscope. A house may be good for one and bad for the other with exactly the same Vastu. So, a generalized Vastu or a Vastu experts who bases his decisions on general principles cannot be perfectly accurate. Also, the one who knows how to correlate astrology and Vastu can predict even the future of the person just from the house.
