Joint Pain relief – Sandhi Mudra

that energy can flow freely. Joint Mudra can help to ease the symptoms of any

How to perform:
- This
mudra is performed differently with both hands.
- Right
Hand: Join tips of Ring Finger and Thumb together.
- Left
Hand: Join tips of Middle Finger and Thumb together.
- Place
the palms, face-up, on your knees or thighs.
- Keep
your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
- Right
hand: Prithvi Mudra
- Left
hand: Akash Mudra.
