Kashyap Mudra is a hand gesture or yoga mudra designed to protect against negative energy and feeling unbalanced, promoting positive energy in the body and mind. This is named after one of the greatest sages, Kashyapa, who is believed to have immense knowledge and is a symbol of positivity. Herein, the thumb is inserted between the middle and ring fingers, making a gentle fist out of the hands.
