DRY DATES (KHARIK)

Kharik is known in English as dried dates or dry dates. 

It is the sun-dried fruit of the date palm tree, characterized by a hardened, wrinkly outer skin and a chewy, sweet interior. It is distinct from soft dates (khajur) because it is fully dehydrated.
