FRESH GREEN CHICKPEAS

Harbhara in English is commonly known as fresh green chickpeas or green garbanzo beans. It refers to the tender, young, green seeds of the chickpea plant (Cicer arietinum) which are harvested during winter. They are sometimes referred to as hara chana or choliya in Hindi.
