HOW TO SUPERPOSE SHAKTICHAKRA ON A HOUSE PLAN

Superposing a circular Shakti Chakra (often used in MahaVastu) onto a house plan involves aligning a 16-zone energy map with the true directional layout of your home, cantering it on the Brahmasthan (centre point). This tool is used to identify the 16 zones—such as "Gains" in the West or "Cash Flow" in the Southeast—to balance elemental forces.

Here is the step-by-step process to apply a Shakti Chakra to a house plan:

1. Prepare Your Map and Tools

  • Accurate Floor Plan: Obtain a scaled 2D blueprint of your house showing all rooms, walls, doors, and windows.
  • Transparent Chakra Overlay: Use a transparent circular Shakti Chakra overlay (a PNG or a printout)
  • Define True North: Do not rely on "magnetic north" from a phone app near metal. Take precise degree readings from the center of the house using a professional compass to align your plan.

2. Identify the Brahmasthan (Centre)

  • Find the Centre: Locate the exact geographical centre of your house plan. For rectangular or square homes, draw diagonals from corner to corner; the intersection is the Brahmasthan .
  • Irregular Shapes: For complex shapes, you may need to break the plan into smaller rectangles to find the overall center .

3. Determine True North and Orient the Chakra

  • Align North: Place the center of the transparent Shakti Chakra on the Brahmasthan of your floor plan.
  • Rotate to Zero: Rotate the Chakra so that the

(North) point on the map aligns with the True North established in step 1 .

  • Check Main Door: Verify that the entrance aligns with the correct directional segment (e.g., E3/E4 for East, N3/N4 for North) .

4. Map the 16 Zones

  • Draw the Zones: Once aligned, trace the 16 segments from the circular Chakra onto your house plan. Each segment represents

  • Identify 32 Entrances: Within these 16 zones, the Chakra maps 32 specific, smaller entrance segments (

each) to identify auspicious or inauspicious entrances

5. Analyse the Findings

  • Check Elemental Balance: Ensure that the kitchen (Fire) is in the SE, water elements are in the NE, and the master bedroom (Earth) is in the SW.
  • Fix Imbalances: If a zone is imbalanced, use the Shakti Chakra to determine the appropriate remedy, such as using metal strips (Brass for SW, Copper for SE, Aluminium for North/West) to block or enhance energy.

Crucial Tips

  • Keep the Centre Free: Ensure the Brahmasthan is clutter-free, as it is the heart of the Vastu Purusha.
  • Use Digital Tools: Use software like AutoCAD, Photoshop, or dedicated Vastu apps to superimpose the grid precisely by rotating the map to its accurate, non-zero north degree
  • Avoid Common Mistakes: Do not align the Chakra based on the entrance door, but only on the true North compass direction .
